Attorney Chris Spina’s full-time practice of law as a general practitioner has an emphasis on real estate. Attorney Spina was a member of the special arbitration panels previously established by Judge Wettick to hear real estate assessment appeals.
He has tried eminent domain cases before the Board of Viewers of Allegheny County as well as real estate assessment appeals. As lead counsel for Plaintiffs, Attorney Spina concluded complex litigation over a massive landslide involving three homes in the Bethel Park area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as defended a lawsuit involving the sale of a large home in the Fox Chapel area, both of which were successful. He has conducted real estate closings for Banks, Buyers and Sellers, prepared documents for private real estate purchases and sales, prepared residential and commercial leases, completed subdivisions, prepared deeds, and set up homeowners and condominium associations.
His extended family were real estate developers and contractors in the Pittsburgh area in residential and commercial real estate.
